Have you ever thought about what a house should be?
Current housing technology hasn't changed significantly in hundreds of years. In fact most houses today still do the same things they did for humans 1000 years ago! With all our advancements in materials and technology why are we still building brick or wood structures that perform on the the most basic functions of shelter and privacy? I want to change this lazy expensive way of providing housing. We need affordable, high tech, comfortable housing as a consumer good, not a life-long dream.
